To heal in Spanish is sanar. Healing is sanación.
Curar is another possibility.

you mean ,how do you say "heal' in spanish, that would be "sanar', if you mean the word "heal" there is not such word. maybe something sounds like something else.

it means to cure,in spanish curar,curarse,curando
or sanar,sanarse,sanacion
you can even use recuperarse,or ,recuperacion

If you mean "gil" in Spanish and you're spelling it the way it sounds, it means "fool, stupid", but it's used only in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.
