Instead of wasting time posting this question here call a vet (doesn't cost a thing) and ask them what to do. You could explain your situation and ask what you could do at home but if they tell you to bring your dog in do it, make a payment plan if you have to. You will get so many different answers here. How will you know who is right and what to follow?

Make a phone call to an emergency vet service to see if this pill would be life threatening. You may have no choice but to find the money to save the dog. If it's not life threatening, they can probably tell you over the phone, for free, what to do. They may tell you how to make the dog throw up or what to give the dog to make it dissipate quicker.

Call the vet. Ask if there is anything you can do at home. If not, ask if he will take payments but if you love the doggie, you have to get her help, otherwise, it would be animal cruelty. Most vets are understanding if you explain the situation.

I assume you mean clonidine? You have to make sure her blood pressure doesn't drop so much she goes into shock! I would take her to the vet.
At the very least make her drink some liquids and keep her running around for a while. Don't stop watching her until tomorrow.

you need to have your dogs stomach pumped. Is you dog small? if you can get your dof to vomit immedialty you should see the pill in the vomit, all will be well. I am guessing that this is clonidine you are asking about the high blood pressure drug??? This drug has been reported to cuase problems in children that have taken it and should not be ingested by dogs. To make your dog vomit do the same thing you would do for yourself. I will not post ways.

You can give her some ipecac or hydrogen peroxide to get her to throw up, but I would definately call an emergency vet first. The advice you get on the phone is free and it could save your dog's life.
