Check the MLA handbook or website for how to cite in your bibliography. Within your paper, generally you include the authors name and page number where you got the info in parentheses at the end of a sentence but before the period.
You need to put any direct quotes in quotation marks and cite, and also cite any ideas or paraphrases from your sources, even if it isnt a direct quote. Generally, if you find information in more than 3 sources, it is common knowledge and doesn't require citation. Your own ideas, obviously, don't need to be cited.
