I honestly don't know. Maybe they want a great body and try to do all this stuff but give up because they don't want to put in the effort.

For some people, even if they work at a great body, it won't happen for them due to genetics. It's not always black and white.

they dont really want it sweety.... TRUST ME!!!.... when someone REALLY wants something.... they're gonna work hard and get it by any means necessary... no matter how much strenuous work-out they have to do or how many favorite foods they gotta cut off... trust me, if they want that body they will endure whatever it takes to get the body they've always dreamed of!!!!

good question. i was like that and would whin to my boyfriend about how i was getting pudgy and he would rebute by saying well you could fix that. at first i got mad cause i wanted the answer every woman does, "honey, you look beautiful". well i didn't get it and i took his advice. now we go running every sunday and we both benefit from it in many ways. : )

lazy....dont want the pain, hassle or time to do it.
I disagree and try keeping my body looking good. I want my husband to be proud of the wife he is married to.

u know how hard puttin in physical stress to that level is?? ever tried running 8 miles, lifting 180 pds etc.. u'd know if u did.. its hell u never get used to it..
