The very best, most effective thing I know for acne is to drink lemon water. Just squeeze about a fourth of a fresh lemon into a glass of water once or twice a day. It does just amazing things to clear up teen skin from the inside out!

you may be too stressed, try Yoga (swear to god it works for stress), don't constantly scrub your face you're probably drying it out, so alcohol based scrubs are a bad idea and you may want to was with like neutrogena face scrub for sensitive skin every other day and just rinse with hot water on the days off. Eat healthy and exercise are helpful in an indirect way. of and if you shave do it every day because skipping a day will make it a lot more painful and harder on you're skin because there is more hair bulk, just trust me everyday if you do.

If it is body acne, I got my son Hibiclens - it is sold behind the counter at any drug store and you can get it without a prescription. The other thing that worked well for him was swimming, the chlorine seemed to dry up the acne and prevent new outbreaks, however, if he didn't swim it came back.

I think you should go to your doctor. Alot of doctors persribe medicine that can help control acne, but only if its bad enough. If its not horrible acne, just go to the pharmacy or even the grocery store and buy some acne cream.

hmmm, i have suffered with it also. i'm 22 now. i've tried everything. but now my face is clear. i'm just working on soothing the marks. i would reccomend seeing a derm. first. they can prescribe what you may need. i take an oral antibiotic and i use differin. i have reduced my stress, which can cause your acne to flame up tremendously. eat well (veggies & fruits) drink plenty of . . and I mean plenty of water too. you'll be fine.

There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made face packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html

I am not a spokesperson for this product, but i have to tell you that Proactive has to be the best thing ever invented! My dermatologist have me prescription meds that did not work, but Proactive worked (and still works) miracles!

Find a good exfoliating scrub and a good face masque. And don't forget to drink lots of water.
