Alright. I am in a really big jam w/ the gf. She won't commit to anything further right now. Now, realize that there is undoubtedly something really big in her past that she hasn't gotten over and that is definitely part of it (I know it's there, between us, but don't know what it is. Someone did her really wrong, that much I'm sure of!) Anyways, anyone reluctant to commit to a relationship? I am asking trying to distinguish between reluctance b/c they aren't interested (which I could accept better b/c at least it would have a "name") vs. reluctance b/c of fear. Any tips for handling either scenario?

You really need to try to talk to her about it, if she isnt willing to tell you the truth why shes acting like that, you should dump her. Its going to be very hard to continue in that relationship if you cant get past that and she doesnt open up to you.
