I started tanning for the first time on snday. I do it every day for the first 2 days i went for 5 min and now 7. How long will it take before I notice a huge difference? I was extremely pale and now have color so I can tell a lil bit but how long before I get dark? Does lotion really help?

Lotion does help because it attracks the light to the skin. You should notice after about 2-3 weeks depending on the time you are going for and how often. Alos just a lil tip you should go every other day or you will find your skind rough and dry even with lotion give it a day to breathe without tanning...

You could also try the mystic tan that is professionally sprayed on at a tanning salon. It only lasts for a few days so it's really just a special occasion thing. Stay away from those tanning beds. Skin cancer isn't worth it!

Go every other day at the max. Your skin needs time to set after you tan. You may never get extremely dark but if you continue for a month or so, you'll definitely be turning heads.

honestly, just go for the self-tanning lotions out there. tanning beds are bad for you. period. and yes, those lotions really do work. try the graduated ones for a realistic tan that won't streak or look orange.

Tanning beds cause cancer faster than the sun. There is no way to protect your skin from the harmful rays.

Having your nose removed or a large patch of your back skin is not much fun.

Save yourself a lifetime of agony and get used to looking like a normal human who has normal human colored skin.

Every day is too often. Maybe you don't know this, but it is actually possible to cook your skin in those things. If you don't believe me, ask the tanning salon--they'll tell you!

five mintues in the tanning bed doesn't do anything for you. if you do so, then i'll take you like probably couple of weeks to actually see some difference.
