I am thinking about getting breast implants. I was just wondering if anyone has them- if so could you tell me your experience about having breast implants. Also who was your surgeon?
Thanks in advance

Speaking as a man may I just say that they look stupid and are a turn off. Don't do it. There are better things to do with your money. Think of yourself in twenty years time with two grapefruit halves stuck on your chest.

Im a stripper so I see more implants than the normal person. People getting them done all the time. It hurts, you have to get a LEGIT surgeon. There was an episode on 1000 Ways to Die, where the lady went to Mexico to get hers done. They got sort of Bacteria in them and air. (they used the wrong stuff in her saline). She went into a airplane and went she flew into the air the air pressure, etc made them slowly inflate and BOOM! Exploded and she died. SO LEGIT DOC! Girls at my job are back 2 weeks after the surgery. The implants have to drop, blend with your body, and your nipples are numb for like at least 6 months. I want some though, they are awesome. Boost your confidence, etc. Guys say they like natural but when it comes down to it they pick the biggest, real or fake.

I had them after my 3rd child...I breast fed all of them so you can imagine....
But I only 'filled' what I already had. And they look like they did b4 I was ever pregnant. Pre pregnancy I was a 34D & after breast feeding them all 36C after the implants 36DD...so just wider round the back!
Be warned post op week, pain is HELL!! But all in all, im happy..so is hubby!
Sorry cant remember the surgeon, but he was foreign, and based in London. Cost £3500 in 2003.
My theory was that sooo many women have it done...and the few that have problems have been linked to bad surgeons or travelling abroad....

A friend of a friend had them done on NHS about 10 yrs ago for psychological reasons!..AND last year, the Scottish NHS gave breast implants to something like 500 school girls for the same reason.!!

Well mine were silicone they ruptured and I had surgery they could not recover 65cc. I was told I would not stand to have a small chest and would want new ones. Well I was more mature and didn't need a big chest to think I looked fine. I was SICK for several years after the rupture. Good luck whatever you decide.

I had breast implants but i had them taken out. For the first month they were decent but after that month i started getting real sick. My skin started getting pale, my eyes turned yellow, my hair started coming out and one of breast started looking saggy..i found out that there was a hole in the implant and it started leaking..the leakage in the implant is harmful i had to get it taken out and then i had to have a blood tranfusion to get the harmful solution out my system..in the end it was not worth it.

well i personally havent had implants, but im a dancer so i know plenty of women who have them. i do know that when you get old they look REALLY nasty but who cares what they look like when youre old huh? this probably didnt answer your question, but i dont know anyone who had any complications, they just look REALLY wierd when you turn about 40 and they get real hard.
