You are not alone. Alot of women (and men) still feel something for their ex after a breakup. Its ok to think about your ex and the things you used to do. And yes seeing him with other girls may make you jealous. I think its apart of human nature to still be affected when you shared something special with someone (or even loved). Even if they turned out to be a jerk. The most important thing is to not those thoughts and feelings consume you and effect your everyday life. Let your experience with him be a lesson to you to figure out what you don't want in a relationship. Don't beat yourself up about thinking about him but use your feelings to make better decision in the future.

If you answer these you will know the answer.
1.If he asked you to be with him again would you agree?
2.Would you do anything to change the past?
3.Would you wish if you can be with him?
4.If he says he has no interest in you would you be heartbroken?
5.If you can change your emotions, would it be to stop lingering after him?
Top five Questions from me
If each are yes then it means you still love him.
If there is some nos you just want to at least try to get along with him more.
If its all nos then you got nothing for him.

It will take a long time to get over a guy if you really cared about him. I had my heart broken when I was 18. It tore me apart and took me a couple of years to get over. I moved on and married and it has been 14 years, but every now and then I still think of him, because a small piece of him will always be in my heart.

You are feeling this way because you are human thats all. That is why we have emotions. The best way I found on how to deal with this is to keep yourself very busy and tell yourself that is was a part of your life but is no longer. Reach out to your friends/family.Remember that it is not forever, this is just a process WE all go thru when there is heartbreak!!! You will be fine!!!

Because you're human. We can't shut our emotions off with a switch. It's perfectly normal to have residual feelings for your ex... lord knows I still do for mine and we've been apart for over a year. I don't have to problem you do of seeing him all the time, but I do still think about him and regret that it didn't work out. Then I think about what a childish jerk he was and I shake it off.
Eventually it'll lessen, just be strong. And maybe think about moving. (j/k)
