As long as you have other teeth on both sides of your bottom jaw to support it, then yes you can. If you need just one tooth repleced I would consider a BRIDGE or an implant though, that's a lot of appliance to wear to replace only one tooth! Maybe you should have a flipper, or temporary plastic partial made first to make sure you can stand wearing a partial before you invest in a metal one.
