It almost feels like it's being filled up or something. Especially after a physical activity. And I get a lot of gases after that. I went to the doctor and they said there is nothing to worry about. Could it be mono? I also got a sore throat and a cold.

Its unlikely to be a spleen problem, more likely gastric. Take an antacid before exercise and see if that helps...;

not everyone have the same symptoms but I had amost the same symptoms you have and much more except sore throat. ended up that when I did blood test it came out with Hepatitis B very bad.

So my suggestion to you. make sure to request a blood test and sometimes even if we have to fight with a doctor is always good to do some scanning or x-ray to find if the system is working well. blood test is very important.

that area is over populated with organs.. the complain u r describing point for muscle cramp or gases in the bowel..

eat well and donate blood

How do you know it is your spleen? Sounds to me like you just have gas.
