i thought i didn't like him at first but i would flirt with him anyway and i thought he like me but then he told me today that he really likes my best friend. i now realize that i really do like him. i can't stop thinking about him. i don't really want to tell him that i like him because then he would get all awkward around me and i doin't want to get a rejection. i don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP!

OK.....i don't think that you really like him.....what i think is it is infatuation only bc he started to like your BEST FRIEND.....i think you are jealous and dont realise it....you will mess up your friendship with your best friend if you don't play your cards right.....be careful OK?

In think your realization that you like him implies that you are jealous at some level that he has affection for some one else other than you. Just harmless flirting is ok but that doesn't imply liking. Also, since he has already confessed that he likes your friend, and since you haven't told him yet, it would be better to let them both try it out. Who knows, it may not work properly. Then, if you still have feelings for him, you could try, though that would still be inadvisable. I would suggest that you just have his friendship and move on with your life. Find someone else who is interesting. There are many fish in the sea. And if things do click between your best friend and him, don't be a sour puss, but try to accept the fact and realize that you have two friends now instead of showing your jealousy and losing it all.

I think you are in confusion ,first be sure you have any soft corner for him. Just ask him once if he said OK continue , otherwise dont go in the middle of them and keep control on yourself.

if your are just now realizing you like him, then its only because he has shown interest in your best friend. If your friend was really your friend then she wouldn't go out with him either

sounds to me that you started liking him after you found out he liked your friend. i would move onand let your friend and he work things out. but hes telling you basiclly he feels nothing for you but for your friend so move on and meet someone else.
