I'm really sorry to hear your having a bad time, when i was younger i was much the same. i found doing meditation and learning breathing techniques help with the really bad moods esp when your feeling angry. it is nice to have a small circle of friend who understand you and what your going through who will not mind the bad moods and will be a shoulder to cry on when your down. explain to your close friends what your going through. doing exercise also help lift the moods as if releases endorphins etc. also try going to see a aromatherapist they can give you thing to help you to become more up-lifted etc.

If they don't understand that you are going through a hard time then it sounds like it's not the biggest loss by losing them. Find people who are going through the same thing. They will have a better understanding. Good Luck!

Email me if you wish. Why are you feeling depressed? Try and sort out your problems. Sometimes practicising what you're going to say to people helps before you actually say it. Good friends should understand otherwise they're not worth having. Explain to people how you're feeling or could you write them letters, those you trust.

im not a Dr but you may need anti bi-polar meds instead of anit depressants. I would say you really should talk to a dr about the fact that what you are taking now is not working well and try new meds.
