I act childish,immature,insecure and insane sometimes.But i love him and i don't know why it took me so long to realize that i am the one at fault for mostly everything...I do now and i don't know how to get him to give me another chance again.I might screw it all up again but this time i know i won't do that to him.How can i get him to see that this time i'm serious?

Forgiveness is a gift, one which he should be willing to bestow if he loves you and knows you (hence he will see you are serious). You have to ask for forgiveness.

Your question is sweet but the whole following paragraph is about you. And incidentally, if he thought "serious" people were a whole lot of fun, he wouldn't have put up with you as long as he did. Now, the question is not, are you gonna screw up again (of course you are), but, can he heal up? Because you love him. You will never stop loving him. And That is what you want him to know. (And what You want to know is, Not "can we get back together," but, "Oh, honey, I've been so bad -- I'm so sorry -- Are You Going to Be All Right?" )
