This place is rated as a 5 star restaurant and has very good seafood. Price range is from 10 - 30 dollars. I've eaten here twice in my travels and like the food very much. Here is the name.

Some people will tell u McCormick and Schmicks on the Plaza but that place is a big rip-off. Crowded, expensive and not very good food. The best place for seafood is the Bristol Bar and Grill which used to be on the Plaza but is in Leawood now.
