~Whenever I look at the clock while were studing vocab together, he goes "Come on we've still got twenty minutes!"

~One time we were staring at each other for along time in the eyes and he reached out and touched me, he immedieately apologized.

There is no definate answer for this. We don't know this person you are talking about, so we can't know for sure if he likes you or not. If you really want to know you should be asking your friends, his friends or better yet HIM. If you like him then you would want to do anything to be with him, and except wheather he likes you or not.

From what you've been saying though it sounds like he may like you, be a really nice person, or might just be a really good friend of yours.

But I think the best answer here would just be to come clean with him, I know it may be akward, or you might want to discuss it with your friends first, but if you want to be with him, your going to have to let him know. Thats the only way to be 100% sure.

There is a VERY strong chance he likes you.He shows ALL the signes exept saying he does.He might be shy about it.He could be intested in you as a good friend...but ...he definitaly likes u.Get one of your friends or someone that wouldnt make it seem to obvious you were wondering to ask him if he likes u.
