I looked for preventie measures but it seems there is not much of amovement fo rpeople who want to preserve their sanity into middle and old age.

Keep your brain active. Do Sudoku puzzles and things that are challenging. Also, keep things in balance. If you work hard one day, play hard on another. Try to keep things in perspective. That should keep you sane....if not, enjoy the ride!

read! reading is the best brain excercise it builds more neuro junctions and dendrites! u will use more areas in ur brain so if there was a reduction in its capacity ur reserve will back up.
