Failure is just a stepping stone to success. I think it was Micheal Jordan who said he has missed far more shots than he has made. What made him a success was that he didn't stop taking shots just because he missed a few.
I also read somewhere recently that it takes about 10 years to become truly competent in anything. So that means each of use must fail for about 9 years before we can become competent. Most people give up long before then, and thus only a few people learn to excel in life. Persistence is the key to success. Those who are stopped by the inevitable early failures are the only real failures.
When you fail, just think of it as being that much closer to your goal! You've learned one more way not to do it.

ur only a failure if you quit trying to do all you can do. i think im a nice, helpful, happy person and i try to make others laugh and smile as much as i can. anytime anything gets me down, i think of something funny or ironic in it and laugh. it really works too.
what do you think?

No-one should regard themselves as failures. We all makes mistakes and misjudgments, but that doesn't make us failures. The important thing is to learn from your mistakes and try not to repeat them. Whoever is trying to cope or to do well is not a failure.

No one is a failure who keeps on trying to do their best with what they have. It's those who quit, those who commit suicide, those that take no steps to improve their situation that are failures.

I have been successful with everything I have ever done. I'll let you draw your own conclusions as to whether I am a "failure". =)
