Depends on what she is into. Check out what she likes. Does she collect anything? Does she have a hobby? Maybe you really like her but at 4 months I think buying jewelery is too personal too early. It could say more than you are ready to say right now.
But buying movies, cds, or adding a trinket to her collection of something she likes is a cool no added statement route to take. Maybe she has an alarm clock that is not working or a phone that keeps hanging up on her- you could buy her a new one and keep it light hearted. :)

If you two are a couple then something nice.Does she wear a certain cologne?If you are unsure what type,there's something that she wears that you noticed right away.That is what you get her.Does she wear earrings,bracelets,certain purses,scarves,or just a nice watch.You know her and if you think about it, you'll know exactly what to get her.At your age, you probably know a little about women..Good Luck.....
