With no bad things, surely it would become neutral? Or can God do the logically impossible (Descartes)?
Also, do you believe that anyone deserves hell? I don't.

Descartes believed that God could do the logically impossible e.g. to use a loved example, God could create a rock so big he could not life it (yet at the same time be able to lift it. Because he's God.)
Though, he did also believe animals were pretty much machines...

I haven't read Descartes in over two decades. Could you please explain your meaning?

As for hell, yes, there are people who will deserve it; those who refuse to reform to do good -- the incorrigibly evil. By that, and the fact that those who do choose to do good, will do so forever, life in the Kingdom of God will stay good forever.
If God can choose to stay good for all eternity, then so can his creation, those who qualify to be in his Kingdom.

Because they don't want to leave their love ones. Or perhaps being afraid that they go somewhere they don't to go to. Well the bible says in Ecclesiastes 9:5 For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten. 6 Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they have no portion anymore to time indefinite in anything that has to be done under the sun. And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more; And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be. 11 But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace. Psalm 37:10,11 Ecclesiastes 12:7 Then the dust returns to the earth just as it happened to be and the spirit itself returns to the [true] God who gave it.

Biblically we ALL deserve Hell...because we all break the law. I dont look at one guy and say he belongs in hell and another and say he doesnt... I just know we all sin and cannot be in the presence of God without the blood covering of Jesus. And, without bad, everything is good.

I don't get that. You're saying that Heaven won't be good if it only has good things? Uh...do I even need to address that?
Yeah, we all deserve Hell. God said that anyone who isn't perfect deserves Hell. Thats...wait a moment...oh yeah...ALL of us!

I suppose I would have to believe in Heaven to realistically answer your question. I think you got close to answering it yourself in the "neutral" bit.
Hell exists only in our imagination and guilty consciousness. No one deserves Hell. God did not create heaven or hell - man did.
think outside the box my friend - set your mind/heart/soul free

well if in heaven there is no free will instead we are forced to act a certain way, and cannot sin. then i can see how. we will be mindless robots in heaven. and if people DO go to hell then we will not remember life on earth or our loved ones, for if we do then how could you be truly happy in heaven knowing your family is suffering for eternity in hell?

God is happiness, love, everything wonderful. Heaven is a mystery we can't fully understand. Yes, some people deserve hell. Those who reject God through mortal sin, while they are on earth.
