a bf is lying if he starts to become distant. ( not callin as much, not answering when u call him, not as affectionate) all of this is a cover up which indicates that he is trying to avoid something, that something being what he is lying about. if hes in person, watch his body language. is he real figitive, seems uncomfortable, unsually quiet, defensive, quick to change the subject? all of these are sure signs. Basically, just observe his behavior, you'll be able to tell

Hes lying if he look away from you when hes answering you or he pauses during just one word a split second pause then goes on to saying the rest of the lie. Good Luck

Look into his eyes if he has a hard time making eye contact, and is looking down at his feet, or if he has his hands in his pockets are a sign that he's trying to conceal something.

There is no way to tell if someone is lying or not, until you catch him/she with their lies.
Even a lie detector is not guaranteed 100%

my b/friend never lies he has no reason to. we have a strong relationship and i never have any doubt. but to tell if soeone is lying would be body language, fidgeting, no eyecontact, there could be a few signs but if you know him so well you should know

because he thinks about what he is going to say. i mean i'm the best lyer in the world and i even have to think about what i'm going to say just listen to him really good and then just tell your self. its just like an instinct
