We will be having dinner at 8:00 and afterwards around 10:00 we will be heading to a club/lounge. The limo will be picking us up at 10:00.

Sounds good to me! Maybe mention where you are having dinner, and what club you are going to, that way if someone can't make it to dinner but can come out after, they can meet you there. Personally, I'd be there for dinner because I wouldn't pass up a limo ride.
