i've recently asked myself the same question...i honestly think that men are incapable of looking the heart of a woman...so..the truth is..men could care less about women with curves...its all about the eye candy...sad but true

This is a loaded question and it will be very hard for you to get a legitimate answer.

My own biased opinion - men prefer women with curves. In fact, it is in thier DNA to be attracted to women who can bear children, which means good sized boobs and hips.

Now, society has changed what is generally considered "skinny." In addition, you can be thin and curvy, or thick with no curves at all. It all depends on your body type.

Every guy friend I know has admitted that skinny girls are not attractive because they are too bony and that they prefer women with a little meat on them, and definitely curves and booty. My guy friends are from all walks of life - they are policemen and firemen, doctors and scholars, IT geeks and stock brokers, health care professionals and retail clerks, construction workers and students.

I hope that gives you some perspective. Most men will also admit, they are attracted to a woman with self confidence regardless of how her body looks. Good luck.

Boys love girls with curves. Boys love fat girls too, but only the evolved ones act on it because they refuse to let society tell them what they should or shouldn't like. It is fashionable to be skinny because of , well, fashion. As a size 2 model, when I go to fittings with designers, all the clothes are size 2 or smaller! If I wanna keep walking the catwalk I have to stay trim. God I'm so hungry. But our society is very driven by popular culture which is a disgrace. Think for yourself and you'll be okay curvy mama. I'm sure you're lovely.

ok I have been seeing alot of this posting..so i will try to answer it the best I can..and maybe I shouldnt feel bad that I am 5feet 2inches and weigh about100 pounds..I am petite..but look really good..and I get alot of attention...but also from my experience I think that guys prefer women with curves..like a beyonce body or Jlo body tyra banks body or halle berry body and so on..guys dont women that are super skinny...a guy wants a women that if she is skinny then she has to atleast have a*s to make up for what she is lacking.or if the women is skinny then she has to have breast to make up for what she is lacking.
so take it from me men want women with cuves

It depends....seriously.

Some guys will say "NO FAT CHICKS". A woman with curves can mean a few pounds overweight or it can mean very much over weight.

For me...I prefer women who are healthy and take care of themselves. If I can see bones, then it's not that attractive. I do want to take them out to dinner though...just to feed them!

I prefer women like me...in shape but not in perfect shape....takes care of themselves. Does that make sense?

I personally prefer both. However, I do have this thing with skinny girls that drive me crazy. In my native Spanish, a skinny girl is called a "flaca". Then there's this Spanish rock group that sings a song about getting a kiss from a flaca. It goes:

Por un beso de la flaca yo daría lo que fuera
Por un beso de la flaca aunque sólo uno fuera.

For a kiss from the skinny girl I'd do anything.
For a kiss from the skinny girl even if it were just one.

If a man is truly worth your time, looks won't matter! Now granted, the first impression makes some difference, but if a man is so shallow that he won't get to know a woman just because she carries a few extra pounds, who needs him???
