Wow, man I am sorry to hear that. But here is some advice... Forget her.
I know that is easy for me to say but seriously, if she is bi-polar, you have to be committed to a relationship for that to really work. And she has to be committed as well.
She is having sex with 3 guys, it isn't very responsible or fair, even if you are just sex buddies.
It seems like she doesn't want to commit and you do, and you cant' make her want it (this would be true even if she wasn't bi-polar, and the fact that she is makes this difficult situation basically impossible).
I know this sucks, but there are two ways to deal with this, first is to forget her and get out there and date the idea being that the best way to forget a chick is to get a new one, and hope that works out, which it could...
Or don't date for a while recover from this loss and move on as best you can, I would say that since you guys didn't have a serious relationship (weren't married didn't live together and she was obviously never serious) then you should give serious thought to the first idea.
Bottom line, she didn't treat you with diginity or respect, and nobody deserves that, don't let her damage you any more than she has already.
Get out there and live bro, Good luck and I hope this helps.

Much better off without her. Find someone who is not so messed up. It will only bring you down if you try to persue it any further. Obviously, all she wants is the benefits.

you should seek psycological counselling.
bi-polar?
3-kids?
she is ******* 3 guys at once?
she sounds like a derranged crack whore to me. How the hell did you let yourself fall for someone like that?
Get over it. your life is WAY better without her. You should thank her because she did you the biggest favor of your life. Anything you ever become in the future you owe to her being out of your life.

love is love.
as much as i think it is the easy way to just get over it, if you really love her you will try the best you can to get her and not give up. you cannot help it if she doesnt want you back, but dont just throw your hands in the air without a fair try.
