I think you've figured it out...walk away and leave the situation alone. There's no reason to be the third party in this battle. He's responsible for his own actions, and you can't change whatever has happened. And even if it was consenual, it consitutes statutory rape if one of the persons is 18 yrs. old or older. I wonder if this threat is enough to keep him from pursuing a sexual relationship with you--if not, he hasn't learned much from that experience. Take things slow in this new relationship and don't try to protect him. You have your own interests to protect.

AND IF RACHEL nevertheless LIKES YOU, you may circulate out together with her AND MAKE HER the female you extremely LIKE! do no longer harm HER!!! be who you're. and to come back at jess, instruct off rachel, it extremely is the final and least confusing thank you to do it. tell ME IF I HELPED!!!! i'm hoping I DID!!

She can scream all she wants, she's just trying to releive her anger. Ignore her she'll eventually get bored and go pester someone else.
You just be careful and make sure he's not using you.

she can not press statutory rape on him they are both still considered teenagers and she is sixteen and the sex was consensual.
