I have been noticing that my right "mouse" hand gets ice cold while I am on the computer. I have a gel wrist support. Anyone else with this problem? Suggestions? (and no I cant give up surfing, my job is super boring...thus Yahoo Answers all day!!)

I used to have one of those and it is cutting off your circulation. I got rid of mine and use a hand towel now. hope this helps ;)

Mine goes numb after a while. It has to do with circulation. The position and elevation of the wrist effects blood flow and causes coldness or numbness. Give your wrist a rest at that point, or flex your fingers (exercise) to stimulate blood flow.

Yeah,Mine did this several this several times..went numb but I wasn't aware of it when it did.I lifted my arm up and my fingers and the top of my hand.My arm does that gets cold and then I become aware that my fingers and top of hand is numb .. The first time it happened I thought I was having a stroke or mini stroke..Its goes along with those symptoms..Glad to see that im not the only one that this happens to...

Yes! All the time. I end up sitting on my hand for few minutes just to get it to warm up & use my left hand to surf. I will be interested to read others suggestions. Great question!

Well, when Pee Wee Herman was arrested at that adult theater, I thought, "What do they expect people to do at a porn flick?" There's just no accounting for rules sometimes. Sounds as if you didn't get arrested, though.

Yup, me too. lol... it's because the hand is extended for a long period of time. Be careful. Just make sure to stop in between so you don't end up with nerve damage.

I never noticed it before, but yes that hand is pretty cold, I got some new pretty pink gloves, I'm gonna put them on, lol

Do you have the door open. Because that might do it. And yeah I get it too sometimes. Might be poor circulation.

Perhaps you need to do some wrist exercises
