When I was expecting my son I had to seriously look at names. I didn't want one that could easily be turned into an awful nickname. I also didn't want a name that was too popular (so that if they called my name in my son's class 5 boys wouldn't answer). Also, some names are too trendy (it may not be a desirable trendy name years from now). Although some names sound cute for a little child it sound ridiculous for an adult (imagine a 50 year old executive with the name for instance).
I chose the name Ben. Simple. Classic. Strong.
Course some of your names are genuinely unique ("poop", "arooga" etc) - but your kid would be verbally crapped on each day at school with names like that!

lol, so you really are considering naming your child poop diarrhea? For sure your child would become a joke bec of that name. But seriously, I think it's nice if you named him Brett & then you just add a second name.

You forgot the most obvious one: Sideways Turtle Drain. That's what my 3-year old named one of his turtles. I don't know why he did, but it was obvious to him.
If it MUST be something (ugh) normal, then I'd go with Nick.
