I had a surgery that was supposed to be a simple and easy procedure. I had to have my kidney removed. I was told that I would have a 5 inch scar on my side. Now, 2 years later, I have a 12 3/4 scar around my side. My abs are all distorted, and I have permanent nerve damage in just a small area. I was in great shape with great abs and had a great overall body. What are my options?

see a lawyer about a malpractice suit. there is not much they can do about your body and health.

I'm sorry that you had to lose a kidney, and thank goodness you are alive. Consult a lawyer. There maybe a time lilmit to how long you can wait. They can tell you your legal options and then you can decide what to do. Good Luck.
