Any of you ever visited the PO valley, I mean the part of it where the longest river in Italy, thte Po, has its spring and you can see Mount Viso very close to you.
Thanks.

I actually meant the final part of the Po valley, Paesana, Crissolo and the Po springs with Mount Viso, as someone got correctly. Thank you so much.

Or is it the beginning of the valley?

Lara, sorry I don't understand why it should be dark and sad and wet all the time. Probably you were there during a terrible summer storm, there can't be another explanation for your words!!!

Yes, I have.

Despite a large amount of industry here & there, there are many places worth seeing. A lot of history in the area, it being most of what was once known as Cisalpine Gaul, & all the other history.

It was bombed in WW2, with a number of Allied (and Axis) aircraft shot down over it.

Monte Viso is the location of the headwaters of the Po River, in the Cottian Alps. I've climbed it.

sure even as i became contained in the Marine Corp. I were given a spread of the position i had to take my go away, so I took it in Rome. That became previously you've been born. If i'd have properly-known you've been there, i'd have beat a course to l. a. Spezia, so quick.
