Work on controlling your hormones. I know this is hard as a teen, but hormones cause your acne. Look to change your diet up . Avoid sugar, high fructose corn syrup, soy, and caffeine. These all stimulate the liver and, thus, your hormones. Drink enough water and get plenty of sleep.

Oh know!!! It will balance itself out. I use and sell it. It is ph balanced and changes according to the ph of your skin. If it's that time of the month it could be a big part of it. They do sell an acne product. I'm old and I use the anti aging and still at that time I get zits and switch to there acne wash. WOW...sorry about that. It's an all natural product but people do react differently.

Go to a dermatologist and have them check you out. The zits could be due to bacteria in which case you can get antibiotics to fight the infected pores. Also, the dermatologist can help you with a treatment and cleaning regiment that will minimize the recurrence of outbreaks and avoid the scarring that severe acne can cause.

hi .. i used to have the same problem .. I recently went to the dermotologist and he told me that problem skin is not because it is dirty .. it is because we irritate it by constantly touching it. Don't touch your face! I was even told not to wash it .. however if you feel the need ot wash it just simply splash your face with cold water or use head and shoudlers shampoo .. some elemnt in it cleanses your face and hydrates simultaneously. Touchign your face cuases inflation and redness. Everytiem you do so that is 3-4 more weeks of problem skin ... it's hard at first because you want to pop pimples but trsut me a week or so you'll have results!

Try using Pro Active. It works for me. And also wash your face 3 times a day. Don't touch your zits or it will get worse.

Do not pop them. They will scar and it will hurt your complexion in the long run. It may not be working because some facial creams actually do make it worse before it gets better. My Dermotologist once gave me some creams that made it worse before it got better. You should consult one, and see if what your using is good or not, and if not, get a better one. And yea, wash yer face.

wash your pillowcase daily, do not sleep with gel or other products in your hair. Cleanse thoroughly, and use a wash cloth to scrub your face to dislodge the blackheads. Use hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball as a toner. dont touch your face with dirty hands.

Man I hated being a teenager for this reason, the best advice I can give is to find a product that is mainstream and use it everyday and after you sweat, and get some sun! For some reason getting a sun tan is good for my skin
