I dont think you can get a boy to like you, but if you think he still has feelings for you than make him realize he does by reminding him of why he liked you when you guys went out. If you guys still talk and hang out and stuff, then bring up little things that'll remind him of when you guys were together but be suttle about it...that way, you just spark a memory that'll remind him of your guyses relationship. When he realizes he's thinking about you, then he'll know he's not over you and still likes you and then you guys could go out again... :)

Honey, I have a friend that is going through this now and you can't get them to like you again, if you have already tried it once. It is better that if things did not work out the first time that you leave lying dogs alone.

Well, he liked you at some point, right? Try to make him remember the reasons he liked you before...whatever those were.
