i am not really sure. They take the LOW, LOW jobs, but don't pay any sort of taxes or benefit the society in any way, so apart from 1 small shed of light, I also think it is not beneficial

It is clear as the back of my hand. What web sites do you need ? Here is proof:
I suppose you believe illegal immigration is happening in US. There are two different kinds of people involved here: (1) illegal immigrants themselves, and (2) US people who employ them. If illegal immigration is not beneficial, do you think the illegal immigrants would risk their lives to cross the border ? If it is not beneficial for the employers, where would they get jobs or earn money to continue living ?

It gives politicians something to argue about, point fingers of blame, and give speeches about to shift the public eye off of real problems.
I'd like to know what's going to happen with Social Security between now and the time I die! Haven't heard much about that lately, have we? The Republicans at least have drawn up some plans, but the dems just criticize them and offer nothing of their own. Let's talk about immigration instead.... and never mind that I'll be homeless on the street if they don't do something!
Best Wishes,
Sue

Low wage labor creates services you would not otherwise have.
For example. The reason you can go to a hand car wash and pay $10 instead of $100 is because mexicans will work for $5 an hour.
If they were not here, whites and blacks would not do it for that and you just wouldnt have the service. On a large scale it expands the economy.

There are no reasons. It is only good for those sell out politicians who just want to gain political power anyway they can.
I guess it could be good for the corporate owners and the socialist would be democrats. they would have many good slaves to help compete with the sweat shops of China.

for us it may not be but for someone that immigrates it probably is if they are risking so much to do it.
they may be getting out of poverty hoping for a chance to root in more ferile dirt.
little do they know what they are getting into over here but if you were from mexico and you'd heard glorious stories about how **** was easy in th US wouldn't you try for it.
if you get the chance to watch the movie Kalifornia with brad pit and david duchoveny(mis spelled) do it. it will help answer your question some what.

If it wasn't for them, who the heck is going to pick crops? The last time I remember someone did it, it was slaves. No one is willing to break their back bone picking crops for a few dimes.
