It gets so annoying! Oh my god, I was in class and this guy was standing in the back of me and looking down my shirt and these guys in this car drove past me and yelled "Hey you got some big **** baby!" Ugh! It's making me so irate and catankerous. I cover them and wear modest clothes up but guys still notice them. Whenever I walk by a group of guys they always seem to stare at my breasts. I'm only 16.

It's good that you're covering them up, but obviously it's not working too well. If a guy ever makes a comment like that again, just call him out — or smack him. That's what I'd do.

Your Avatar is "Sexy School Girl" and you're complaining about people staring at your chest? That's like having a big beer belly and then complaining that people think you're fat. And like one of the other posters said, a lot depends on the clothes you wear. If you wear a bikini, people are going to see a lot more (and stare a lot more) than if you're wearing a suit. Its all in the presentation. Edit: I note you changed the "Sexy School Girl" bit. I'm not saying its right for guys to be looking at your chest, but a large part of the way the world looks at us is directly based on the way we present ourselves to it.

I'm sorry. I had the same problem. but its all in the way that you carry yourself. If you dont demand respect then your not going to get it.
