i want to hear from women about what catches their eye, besides a good picture, in a profile. i gonna start dating again and need some advice...thanks

First, your opening line should be very catchy -- what makes you different from all other guys, what makes you unique.
Second, I'd like to know if a man has depth. A gorgeous guy once wrote me but I had to pass because he wrote like a 3rd grader. Though a picture may paint a thousand words, your words till count . . . a lot. So be articulate, make sure you there are no typos and most importantly, write something from the heart. That always get the girls! ;-)

Welll...from a woman's point of view, we would want to know something about you before we randomly start talking to you. Put a few basic facts in there and maybe a quote about something. That's a good profile. Simple, but imformative.

A good introduction on how you would describe your personality, views about the world...not always the "physical sense", but things you like to see in another person.

I think being straight forward wtihout being rude. Don't put "I enjoy walks in the parks and puppies and sunshines".. just put it out there what you like to do and what you don't like to, what you expect, what you bring to the table and what you want brought to the table. Just so there is no surprises in the end.. ya' know??

I know it sounds cliché but be yourself, and don’t over do it, i.e., go on and on and on and on and on. Now see how that was kind a annoying after the first two. Don’t do that kind of thing and you should be all set.

a list of intrests is a good start.
your appearance description.
a pic !without! any kind of liquor cigarette is def good.
plus other stuff you enjoy.
the more detail the better.
