Two points to reiterate the wisdom on here already. There isn't a safe way. No matter how good you are, you increase the chances of an accident in proportion to how much drink you've had. Just the legal limit adds a measurable lag to your reaction times.
The safest way, either someone sober drives or you stick to water/coke etc. Honestly, drink also fools you completely. It really does, I know as I've done sword katas and other stupid stuff whilst pissed, and felt as if I was doing them well. I was fortunate not to slice the wrong bits!! I wasn't dressed....

NO!! That is not what you do. You'll be worse off then. The safest way to drink and drive is to not drink while you're driving at all. Then you won't be in any danger to yourself and others on the road.

Don't drink and drive, ever. There's no safe way to do it. I don't think this is a serious question but if it is my genuine advice is to stop drinking and driving before you kill yourself or someone else.

THE SAFEST WAY TO DRINK AND DRIVE, IS EITHER NOT TO DRINK, OR NOT TO DRIVE. NOT DOING BOTH AT THE SAME TIME IS GOOD TOO.

When you inevitably run onto a fire hydrant or some kid, run to the nearest pub. From there, do many shots and call the police to report the accident. The bartender can can support your alibi that your drunk from drinking there, 'after' the crash. Say that it was the closest place to find a phone and you needed a drink to calm down after being nearly killed. Whew!
