Is there a time limit that the Safety Camera Partnershp have to adhere to between the offence and issuing the paperwork? Basically, someone told me they have 14 days to issue the ticket otherwise it's not valid - is this true?

I think they increased it to 30 days. But yes there is a limit.

It used to be 14 days.

A long 14 days to wait, in my experience. I once got flashed by the first camera at the top of the A1 in Scotland, but no ticket ever came.

I hate those cameras. Did you know they keep all the records from the blue and green tracking and speed cameras for two years? In the US they'd burn them down if they did that.
