Lots of sites that broadcast tv channels over the internet dont have this two channels. Does someone know where can I find a site that do have them?

The short answer is NO and NO.

Neither are allowed (as of now) to broadcast PGA events over the internet.

However the PGA http://www.pgatour.com/ will broadcast some events via their website for tournaments they sponsor.

(Not all events are PGA events)

The same holds true for the Masters and USGA events.
