Ever since downloading IE 7 I have been plagued with program not responding problems.

Go to add & remove and un install it and IE 6 will return

Ya, definately uninstall, IE 7 is full of bugs that havent been resolved. I have had the same problems, I finally just went back to IE 6. Give it a couple months and IE 7 will be much better.
