Oh honey, your not crazy, but ,no, a voice doesn't count me to sleep. You have a wonderful imagination! but you had best play a safer game. You and you alone have power over what you think. I don't have the voice because I will not give up my power to anyone. You can change the way you feel by changing your thoughts.Listen to the dialog that is running through your brain, when you hear a lie( like telling yourself you never get it right or you can't do it) stop. replace the false statement with the Truth..that sometimes you get it right and that you are worthwhile. In hardly any time at all, you'll start feeling better about yourself and life in general, that you will have real friends who like you for you and you wont have to be mean to yourself and play the I'm going crazy mind game just to entertain yourself. Try this one= whatever you are doing ,work ,school, play your part a little over the top. ex= I sold shoes..so I played the best clerk i could imagine one Tobe,(you know..I'm really not a shoe clerk..I just play one in real life!) I had fun, co workers wanted to gag, the customers loved it. In short, I changed the way I thought of my job and then the job changed. Life's a mind game.. but be careful of what you think.. you just might get it.

Are you sure you weren't just dreaming up the voices in your head? It is possible to dream when your not completely asleep. I've never had voices but I do have dreams when I'm only semi-sleeping, and sometimes when I'm completely awake. Dreaming or not, I doubt you're crazy.

Controling your mind is your responsiblity. Tell the voice that you and only you can do the count and the voice will be silent. Unless that voice is not in your mind but in your bed with you???

This is a very good blog, a beginner’s guide to abnormal psychology.
Short, clear and simple; and you can even post your question and contact the author regarding particular subject you are interested in, for FREE
