TARTAR SAUCE
This recipe originally accompanied Ale-Battered Shrimp with Tartar Sauce.
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickle
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 tablespoon drained capers
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Season with salt and pepper. Cover; chill at least 1 hour and up to 2 days.

Makes about 1 1/3 cups

Depends on how much you want to make. Start with 1 cup of mayonaisse, stir in two tablespoons of sweet relish and 1/4 or 1/2 (as you desire) of juice from a lemon. Gently mix and VIOLA!

Enjoy

the best i've had is a small portion of mayo, add to it some finely shredded carrot, cut up pickles or dill pickle relish, a little onion powder and a tiny knife tip of horseradish. very yummy!
