I am under a lot of pressure...I am a single mother of 2, my parents are staying with me, and I feel sad the relationship I was in broke-off and the Hoildays are making me feel blue...

Its extremely hard to go through a breakup, especially when there are kids involved. So much pressure gets turned on you and you really feel like there is no-where you can turn. For one thing the winter time doesnt help at all does it. Try and get together with some friends and go out. Keep busy. Take the kids out for a dinner. Just try and do things to take your mind of it. I think all of us get the blues. We think we're supposed to feel happy during holidays and when we don't, we go on a downer. I lost my son a week before Christmas and totally pushed myself to go look at Christmas displays, listen to carols, all the things he would have wanted me to do. Maybe you can do this with your kids while they're still with you.

If you ever feel down then you could have a family chat and express your feelings or if you're really down you could try a little counselling, it can really work!
Or exercise it out of you. That works for me when things go wrong!
