Everyone says Dixie Cups.
But unless you lived in the 70's you don't know what a Dixie Cup is. Dixie is the name brand and these small paper cups are intended for one time use and then thrown away. You use it for rinsing your mouth after brushing your teeth. Because they are paper it makes it easy to crush and squeeze out all of the Jello.
I have also see people use the plastic cups use for condiments (i.e. ketchup, nugget sauce) at fast food restaurants

Little paper cups you would generally see in a bathroom. Sometimes the jello gets stuck in the cup, but people can just tear away the paper cup. I have also made them in those little cupcake containers and passed the try around the let people use their fingers to get them out. They come out pretty easily and you can re-use the cupcake container. The sell them at Wal Mart for about $3.00.

Little Dixie cups work (the bathroom size) but the best is the little plastic condiment cups, like you get Tartar Sauce and Ketchup in at some casual restaurants.
They usually have lids so the shots stay fresher longer and you can stack them up in the fridge to chill.
We have a large liquor store chain in town (Spec's) - they carry them. You may want to try a big liquor store that is local to you. i.e. Liquor Barn etc.

Little white cups -- like the ones they use for Ketchup in fast food places. You can get them at Cosco or Sams.

Jello and then add whatever alcohol you want in place of all or some of the water. Most folks use tequilla, gin, rum, bourban etc.
