I received Holy Communion on Sunday and I will go again tomorrow night and again on Friday. I usually attend Mass at least 2 x per week sometimes more. I am Catholic.
I can't believe that Father K only receives 3 x a week? Wow

I try and do it officially on the same day as Jesus and the Disciples (around the middle of April) as best as I can pin that day down. Unleavened bread or four product made without yeast or baking soda, Rabinical wine, done the traditional way with 3 full cups. Some meat. Bitter herbs (salsa or horseraddish). Bible reading.
I also do it again on the first day of PAssover and the day before Passover (preparationd day).
Before that I had done it in traidtional churches with little things of grape juice and little crackers. Did nothing for me. Found no connection with anything. Made me think of being a child drinking Welches and eating a Ritz cracker.
Found no connection watching the Catholics in their churches with their wafers either.
Jesus and the disciples broke bread and passed it hand to hand.

I practice Thelmic Magick the Eucharist from my understanding is to be consumed on a daily basis , some practioners of magick use a ritual called the Mass of the Pheonix, as obviously it would not be possible to take Communion at a church everyday ,

I am a Messianic Jew...we don't do Holy Communion. Once a year we do Passover. We believe that when the Messiah said "Do this in remembrance of Me" he is talking about the entire Passover not just the "body & blood".
