Two eggs plus about 1 Tablespoon (give or take) of milk. Whip with a fork in a cup or bowl. Meanwhile have your pan on medium heat. Don't add the eggs until the pan is hot. If the eggs sit in the pan while it's cold they don't get the right texture. Add a little butter to the pan so the eggs don't stick. Pour the eggs into the pan with a couple of shakes of salt/pepper. Stir slowly allowing the eggs to cook, but not stick to the pan. The milk will make the eggs nice and fluffy. The butter/salt/pepper will add to the flavor. They go great with a piece of buttered toast and some sausages!

If you want to add cheese wait until the eggs are nearly fully cooked and then add some shredded cheese just till melted. If you add the cheese before the eggs are close to done, the moisture in the cheese messes with the egg texture.

Take at least 2 eggs, more if you are hungry to cooking for other people. Use a medium sized bowl. Crack the eggs and dump in, making sure not to get any shells in. Using a wire whisk, beat for about 3 minutes, the longer you whip it, the fluffier they will be. I add some milk in as well, just a couple teaspoons. Then i add grated Mexican cheese and salt and pepper. Cook in a pan on medium heat using a rubber spatula. Don't cook until dry. They should still look a little moist. Then you eat :)

scrambled eggs are one of the easiest things to make
okay first after gathering ingredants
crack the eggs into a bowl
whisk the eggs with a fork
*after they are all mixed up you can a tiny bit of milk *optional makes them fluffier though, but they also burn easier this way
turn stove on high.
either grease pan with oil or butter (i prefer butter)
pour eggs into pan
move eggs around in pan with fork so the cooked sides are turned over, cut different directions (i'm not explaining well but it's very simple)
when the eggs are done (no longer wet) scrape them onto plate.
okay now your done top with anything you like.^_^
hope this helps
Oops sorry forgot to tell you. after your done add pepper (and salt i suppose. i never add salt though) Scrambled eggs are wonderful with bacon or sausages and toast. or for something a bit different with pancakes and sausage all under syrup. ^_^ yummy

Crack the eggs, put the yolks into a bowl, add a bit of milk and some salt, whisk them and then put them into a frying pan with melted butter.

Serve with salsa, crumbled feta cheese and flour tortillas and it's delicious!

Eggs, crack them in mixing bowl. Add some milk (it will make them fluffy). Add cheese. Eat with toast.
OR
Brown hash browns and scramble them up so they are not in patties, add the egg/milk mixture and cheese. Serve with sausage patties and cinnamon rolls.
OR
Take the hash brown/egg mixture add cheese and sausage -- place mixture in a flat flour tortilla and add hot salsa -- roll up and you have a yummy breakfast burrito.
