Tromp L'oiel is the art of painting a mural to look as though it is realistic and retreating. Like standing out on a balcony and looking over a yard....

You can frame it in a salvaged window frame with a shabby-chique (sp?) paint to resemble a real window. Maybe a wine shelf with hanging glasses situated nearby.
