I had Windows XP first obviously, then installed Vista on a seperate partition. I can dual-boot fine. Is there any way for example I can run Vista, then with a program have the computer load XP in a seperate window so I can easily switch back and forth?

I agree with Freman on this but there are partition managers that let you switch back and forth relatively quickly. Just google 'partition manager' or something and you'll get a list of them.

you mean you would like a virtual machine?? Well I'm sure you could run Vista as a virtual machine in XP, but with it still not on the market, I don't think there's a compatible virtual machine program for Vista.

No that I know of since they would both be using the same resources at the same time... bios, memory, cpu, graphics bus, etc...
