Breathe Right strips

Breathe right strips are the best home remedy. Don't always work but give them a try. However, you probably need to see and ear-nose-throat doctor. Snoring is not good for you. If it is that loud it probably even hurts your own ears, you might find you are sleepy the next day and so on. Yes weight makes a difference you may find that you snore louder now than you did when you were younger. Oh yeah, and sleeping on your side decreases or eliminates the sound, wedge a couple of rolled up towels under your sheets to gently remind you not to roll back on your back in the middle of the night. Good luck!

Well, if the "hole" house can hear you, you got a problem!
You could maybe insulate the walls of your bedroom. There are a lot of products out there, personally I think they are all a waste of money and you may want to seek a doctor's opinion. Snoring is linked to many health problems, including lack of sleep (for you as well as others), and that can be just one of the side effects. Ask your doctor or visit a snoring website.

Check around with doctors and nurses to see if they are doing any clinical studies in your area for the problem. A lot of folks have the same problem. When I lived in Mexico they called me the "Roncador" or Snorer and made me sleep in a different room while I studied there. I've snored and talked in my sleep for years and I think it was a lot of stress in my case. Try to stay hydrated by drinking some water before bed or using a humidifier if it is especially dry in your room.

I snore stupidly loud as well. I wear a retainer which stretches my lower jaw slightly enough to widen my nasal passage which allows the air to flow more freely.
Well, I did until the bloody ate it last week!!!

Snoring is caused from sleeping on your back.
so the Answer is to use Tennis Balls sewn into pockets on your back so you when you roll over on your back in the middle of the night it will be uncomfortable.

Maybe you should be checked at a sleep lab. You could have sleep apnea and require a mask for easier breathing.
