Psoriasis:
It's a skin condition in where the immune system percieves dead skin cells as bacteria and tries to fight it (Your body attacks itself). It's not deadly but it leaves bad marks and is very uncomfortable.

Cirrhosis:
It's a condition in a vital organ, usually the liver in where the organ is degenerating (falling apart). Comes from to many chemicals in the good ol' filter. This is deadly if not on medication to control it.

Your spelling isn't right. You need to check it and post your question again. I'm thinking you mean cyrosis, a hepatic ailment often related to alcohol abuse, but often caused by other factors. Do a search and see if you can find what you're trying to spell under "Did you mean" in your search results.

when you drink a lot of alcohol you get alcohol poisoning and that's how you get surosis of the liver
