by day 5, its pretty unlikely that its wrong. by day 10 its pretty darn impossible.

So long as the hormone is present in great enough quantities the test is 99% effective at detecting it.

Try blood work if you're unsure.

It just depends. If you are getting negatives the chances that they are wrong are much higher than false positives. If you are getting positives then you are more than liekly pregnant because it has to detect hcg in your urine. False negative however can occur if you don't have enough of the hormone in your body. If you want an accurate result right away ...go to the neares health clinic and get a blood test. This is the easiest way.
Good Luck to you!

depends if they are positive or negative i'd say either way they r probably right but a friend of mine didn't show up till after 1 week after her period if they are postive then you are if they are all negative then you obviously really want this baby i think you should just try once more in a couple days or make an appointment at your doctors the blood doesn't lie

I had four home test tell me I wasn't pregnant in about the same order as you. The thing to do is go to the doctor like I did. You will feel so much better knowing the truth.

Pretty good if you're not pregnant, or not producing enough hormone to get a result. Give yourself a good week and then try again if no period.

Its possible that your hormone levels aren't high enough to detect yet, or you might not be pregnant, good luck either way.
