How long have you two been together? Sounds like you hurt his ego more than the lobster hurt whatever was cut and if he's putting his pride before you then he's simply not worth it my dear.
Did the lobster pinch him? Lobsters don't have teeth in the mouth a lobster's teeth are in it's stomach.

Okay, now that I am done laughing my butt off...sorry, it is kind of funny...you have to admit.
Was it really an accident? If so, then he is a bit immature for not seeing it as such and forgiving you. Give him some time, eventually, the pinch mark will go away and so will the bruise to his pride.

make up sex and its water under the bridge ...unless it pinched him in the peanis...then....um.... make him well COOKED lobster AND make up sex in a week or so.
